Who publishes RankedDB

RankedDB is published by the association EXKCODPLAYER, a non-profit association declared under the French law of 1 July 1901 (legal category 9220), whose registered office is at 10 rue des Landes, 85170 Dompierre-sur-Yon, France (RNA W852014198, SIRET 102 622 693 00012). All its contact details are in the legal notice.

What RankedDB is

RankedDB tracks the SR (Skill Rating) of Call of Duty: Warzone and multiplayer Ranked Play players: player profiles, leaderboards, history, teams, teammate finder, streaming overlay. It runs on the rankeddb.com website, in a Windows app that reads SR on screen, in a mobile app and through a Discord bot.

Using it is free. A paid subscription, RankedDB Pro, adds features; it is governed by the terms of sale.

RankedDB is an independent project, neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Activision. It does not connect to any Activision service: SR is read from what the game displays, or from the screenshots you send.

Acceptance

You accept these terms when you create your account. Browsing the public pages without an account requires you to follow the code of conduct below. These terms remain available at any time from the footer.

Your account

• You sign in with your Discord account. RankedDB never asks you for a password.
• A Discord account holds one main profile and, if you wish, secondary accounts (smurfs). Each is a full player profile.
• You only claim Activision IDs that are yours. The number of player name changes is limited.
• You are responsible for what is done from your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Minimum age

RankedDB is intended for people aged 15 or over. Between 13 and 15, you may only use it with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Under 13, you may not create an account — Discord forbids it too.

What RankedDB actually checks: when you enter your date of birth, a date making you under 13 is refused. The date of birth is not mandatory, and RankedDB does not technically check parental consent: it is up to you and your parents to respect it. A minor may only subscribe to Pro with the consent of their legal guardian.

Code of conduct

When using RankedDB, you agree not to:

• post an SR, screenshot or result you know to be false, edited or someone else's;
• impersonate another player, or claim a player name that is not yours;
• cheat in game, or use RankedDB to promote, sell or facilitate cheating;
• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, in your bio, your teams, your messages or on RankedDB's Discord servers;
• post content that is illegal, hateful, pornographic or infringes the rights of others;
• disrupt the service: scrapers outside the public API, bypassing rate limits, attempted unauthorised access, modifying the Windows app or what it sends;
• get around a sanction, for example with a new account or another PC.

You can report a player or content to us by writing to us.

Cheating, anti-cheat and sanctions

A leaderboard is only worth something if it is honest. To protect it, RankedDB:

• examines the screenshots sent, including their metadata (capture date, time zone), to spot doubtful ones;
• cross-checks the Windows app's readings with their reading evidence, when sending it is enabled;
• ties the Windows app to a single PC per account, recognised by a hashed hardware fingerprint from which the serial numbers cannot be recovered;
• cross-checks registered accounts with the anti-cheat record kept by ExKcodplayer (exkcodplayer.com): the Discord ID of registered accounts is sent to it, ExKcodplayer matches it against Discord servers selling cheats and sends us back a verdict and a score. Details are in the privacy policy.

A file is not an accusation. No sanction is taken automatically on the strength of ExKcodplayer's record: a verdict or ban request from ExKcodplayer is examined by a RankedDB administrator, who decides.

In case of a breach of these terms, and depending on its seriousness, we may:

• remove content, a screenshot or part of the history;
• suspend a player profile (profile ban);
• suspend your account, for a set period or permanently (account ban);
• ban the Windows app on a PC (device ban), including if you delete your account or create another one.

The reason for an account ban is shown to you when you try to sign in. You can contest it by writing to exkcodplayer@outlook.com: an administrator reviews your case.

The Windows app

• It reads your SR by analysing, on your PC, a bounded region of the game window. It never captures the whole screen, does not read your keyboard, microphone or clipboard, and does not touch the game's memory.
• It sends RankedDB the result of the reading: SR, date, game, confidence level and the account name shown on screen. When you open the in-game Top 250, it also sends its player names, SR and positions.
• It may send reading evidence: three small crops of the rank card and the details of the decision, for a sample of readings (rejections, discrepancies, one reading in ten). This is enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings; evidence is deleted 30 days after it is sent.
• It is tied to a single PC per account; switching PC is only possible once every 48 hours.
• Your OBS password stays on your PC, encrypted by Windows; it is never sent.
• It updates itself automatically, after checking the integrity of the downloaded file.

What is public

RankedDB is a public leaderboard. Visible to everyone, without an account:

• your player profile: Activision ID with its tag (#…), platform, region, country, bio, socials, setup, avatar, badges and teams;
• your SR, tier, statistics, match history and season archives;
• the screenshots you send, linked to your history;
• the link between your main profile and your secondary accounts, both ways;
• your hosted overlay (rankeddb.com/overlay/<name>) and, while it is open in OBS, your presence on the Live page;
• your teammate-finder posts and your Twitch live status, if you use them.

You remain the owner of what you publish (bio, screenshots, logos, texts). You allow us to host, display and reproduce it on RankedDB, in its apps, its public API and its social previews, free of charge, worldwide and for as long as it is online. You guarantee that you have the right to publish it. We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your dashboard. Deletion is refused while you own a team (transfer it first) or if your account is banned.

Deleting your account erases your Discord account record with us, your sessions, your devices, your notifications, your friends and your Twitch link. Your player profiles, however, are not deleted: they are detached from your account and remain public, with their name, SR, history, screenshots, bio, socials and setup. The link between your accounts disappears.

You can request full erasure of your profiles and the remaining data by writing to exkcodplayer@outlook.com. What is kept, and why, is detailed in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

RankedDB, its name, logo, pages, apps and code belong to the association or are licensed to it. You may use the public API within its rate limits, crediting RankedDB. Call of Duty® and Warzone™ are trademarks of Activision Publishing, Inc., mentioned to inform players.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep RankedDB running continuously, but it may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or when a provider fails (Discord, hosting…). The SR shown depends on what the game displays and on how it is read: a reading may be wrong, and you can report it to us so it can be corrected.

We are liable for damage caused by our fault, under ordinary law. We are not liable for what results from your own act, from the act of a third party, or from force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we announce it on the website at least fifteen days before they take effect, with the date of the new version. If you refuse the new terms, you can delete your account before that date. A change required by law or by the security of the service may apply sooner; it is then announced in the same way.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, write to us first at exkcodplayer@outlook.com: we will look for an amicable solution. For the Pro subscription, consumer mediation is described in the terms of sale. Otherwise, the dispute is brought before the competent court under ordinary rules; if you are a consumer, you may bring it before the court of the place where you live.
